Parental responsibility/liability
Parents/grown-ups/caregivers agree to hold full responsibility and liability for children in their care while attending the Fun in The Sun Music and Movement Program.
Parents/caregivers will not hold Fun in The Sun Music and Movement Program liable for any reason.
Parents and caregivers will remain present and watchful of the children in their care at all times while attending Fun in The Sun Music and Movement Program.
Media
Parents and caregivers give permission to Fun in The Sun Music and Movement Program to use photos and videos taken during class on Fun in The Suns social media pages and any events/flyers/etc. That FunSunMusic requires images. All images will be in good taste and appropriate for public viewing.
